One of our upstream service partners, StreamNative, is undergoing a maintenance event beginning on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 11:00 AM MT (5:00 PM UTC) with a 4 hour maintenance window. During this maintenance window, the Bridge platform will be available to users. Although we don't anticipate this event to have a major impact on Bridge, this event could have some intermittent impact on our asynchronous job queues, which would impact things that you might try to do that run as background jobs (like enrolling users or groups in courses, running CSV imports, sending email messages to users through Bridge, generating and exporting data dump files) will not happen as quickly as usual. We appreciate your patience as we work with our service partners as they complete this maintenance event!
